Carleton Place held a ribbon cutting ceremony Friday of the revitalized gymnasium at Carambeck Community Centre.
The project was funded through the Ontario Trillium Foundation so MPP John Jordan was on hand.
The gym is used by residents of all ages and abilities and provides a venue for an assortment of social and physical activities including baby play groups, youth gym sessions, children’s classes, and adult/senior sports.
New flooring was installed as part of the near $77,000 grant.
