Planet Youth Lanark County is urging area residents to take part in a Week for Better Sleep, running until March 21st.
The Week for Better Sleep from the Canadian Sleep Research Consortium is highlighting the need for better quality and quantity of sleep to help improve our health and well-being.
Planet Youth also notes how important sleep is for young people.
Their website will provide regular tips on getting a better night’s rest along with the opportunity to contribute valuable insights to sleep research.
