Leeds Grenville Rideau Lakes and Thousand Islands MPP Steve Clark spoke with myFM about last week’s budget.
He gave us his overall thoughts.
Clark says the government turned to mayors across the province to determine how to tackle certain issues when forming the provincial budget.
That includes supportive housing dollars.
The MPP also said that input led to a steep increase in housing dollars in general.
Clark adds that they turned to Mayors across the province to help shape funding for housing, mental health, and addiction programs.
