The Town of Perth is seeking members for its Darou Farm Working Group.
The town-owned property off County Road 1 is poised for development and the town wants community members say.
The working group of council members and three citizens, will brainstorm and make recommendations to council regarding how the town can best use the remaining space for outdoor recreation opportunities
A portion of the farm has been approved for development already for an off-leash dog park, but the Town’s interested in hearing ideas of what to do with the rest of the site.
People interested in joining the group must be a resident or property or business owner in Perth and be able to commit to meeting once per month.
