Leeds County OPP are looking for information regarding a weekend incident.
A single ATV collision happened Sunday around 4pm just south of Athens.
The 24 year-old lone driver has sustained life-altering injuries as a result of the collision.
He was air-lifted by Air Ornge to a hospital in Kingston for treatment.
