A 41-year-old man faces charges after a disturbance near a Carleton Place apartment building.
Officers with the Lanark County Detachment OPP were called to assist Lanark County Paramedics at a location on Arthur Street, shortly before 1:30 a.m yesterday morning (May 1).
An individual was reported to be partially nude, screaming and banging on apartment windows.
They were transported to hospital and examined before being released, and charged with disturbing the peace and indecent exposure.
