It’s a great way to wind down Emergency Preparedness Week: The provincial government announced local investments to help with emergency preparedness programs.
The townships of Perth, Montague, Tay Valley, Lanark Highlands, and Lanark County have all received funds for certain projects totaling $204,000.
MPP John Jordan said he was pleased to see his riding receive part of the $5 million investment.
Recipients include:
The Township of Montague – $47,284
The Corporation Tay Valley Township – $50,000
The Corporation of the Township of Lanark Highlands – $30,000
Town of Perth – $27,200
