A Toronto resident has been charged following a single vehicle collision on Roger Stevens Drive.
Lanark County OPP alongside Smiths Falls Police and paramedics responded to a collision shortly before 5:30 a.m late last month in Montague Township.
The car struck a hydro pole and flipped over after leaving left Roger Stevens Drive.
The 37-year-old driver was transported to hospital and arrested for impaired driving.
