Ontario is revamping how it compensates injured migrant workers.
The WSIB pays workers 85 per cent of their salary if they are hurt on the job, but claw back money earned from other work.
But the board’s president Jeff Lang says that is not fair since migrant workers who return home would usually earn far fewer dollars than if they were living in Ontario full time.
