Rideau Lakes council continued their conversation on new municipal offices this week.
A CAO report puts the cost of restoring the existing 45-year-old building with an addition at $1.1 million, whereas a new build comes in at around $3.2 million.
There’s varying factors around such a build. CAO Shellee Fournier provided a high level rundown of what the building would look like earlier this month.
As for where to put it, Mayor Arie Hoogenboom had some thoughts.
