Russell Street East will be closed from Beckwith Street North to Winnifred Street North from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. for film production work.
North and southbound travel on Elmsley Street North will be permitted but there will be intermittent closures at the Russell Street East intersection to allow film crew to complete work.
