Leeds OPP is investigating a fatal single vehicle collision south of Frankville.
A car was found in the ditch just before 6am Monday morning on County Road 29 at Kitley-Elizabethtown Townline Rd., but it appears to have happened sometime overnight.
Two people were pronounced deceased at the scene.
