Carleton Place’s Public Works Department will provide regular updates on municipal construction activities.

This week, Thomas Cavanagh Construction will start work on Nelson Street West, beginning at Brown Street. Crews will install a temporary water supply for homes affected by the watermain replacement. Detour signs will be in place. If weather and time allow, crews will also remove asphalt and concrete along Nelson Street West.
The Public Works Department reminds residents that construction schedules may change due to weather, staffing, and material supplies.
