The Smiths Falls Police Service was honored to meet Sgt. Dayne Campbell from the Vancouver Police Department.
Sgt. Campbell is on a cross-country fundraising bike ride for pediatric cancer on behalf of Cops for Cancer. He has been doing this for 15 years, but this is his first time in Smiths Falls.
Recently, his daughter was diagnosed with cancer, so he understands the challenges families face.
Thankfully, she is responding well to treatment.
The Smiths Falls community wishes Sgt. Campbell a safe journey as he continues his important mission.
