Carleton Place celebrated the Grand Opening of the Carleton Junction Community Pad on a beautiful late-spring day.
Originally scheduled for construction in 2026, the project was completed early, thanks to the efforts of Ontario Provincial Police – East Region Officer Bob Hawn, the Carleton Place Recreation & Culture Department staff, and many generous community partners and donors.
The community came together to make this project a success, providing a wonderful new space for everyone to enjoy.
