Not today.
The prolonged heatwave continues with dangerously hot and humid conditions expected.
We’re looking at a high of 34 today (Wed) with a humidex of 42. Then tonight, it only does down to 23 tonight. Back up to 30 tomorrow (Thurs), but tomorrow night a low to 19.
In order for a Heat Warning to be declared, lows cannot be lower than 20 through the overnight, so technically we could see the warning lifted tomorrow at some point.
But that doesn’t mean it won’t be hot. Environment Canada is calling for a sunny high to 28 on Friday.
So, a couple more days of uncomfortable heat are likely in our future.
Please stay safe and healthy, and don’t forget to check on others to make sure they’re okay.
