The Hazardous Waste Depot in Carleton Place has only 10 Saturdays left before it closes for the season.
It is open every Saturday from 8 AM to 12 PM until August 31, 2024.
Please note the HHW facility is limited to the residents of Carleton Place, Beckwith, Drummond North Elmsley, Montague, Mississippi Mills, Smiths Falls, and Perth.
There are no tipping fees, but residents must bring proof of residency, such as an ID.
The depot is located at 128 Patterson Crescent. This is a great opportunity for residents to safely dispose of hazardous waste items without any cost.
