A reminder that the Blakeney Bridge renewal begins next week, closing entirely from July 2nd to mid-December.
Blakeney Rapids Park will remain open. Please follow signage posted by Lanark County for parking instructions.
The existing single-lane bridge, which was built in 1915, will be replaced with a two-lane modular bridge with a widened shoulder to accommodate pedestrians.
