The Lanark County OPP has charged two young people following a Tay Valley Township collision.
Police say a high-end SUV left Glen Tay Road around 7 am on June 18th before striking a hydro pole and rolling over.
No injuries were reported and an investigation revealed a 14-year-old male had been driving.
Both the driver and a 17-year-old male are facing the following charges and have a scheduled court date:
- Theft over $5000 of a vehicle
- Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000
Two other youth in the car were not charged.
