The Mississippi Valley Conservation Authority is creating its first Land Conservation Strategy.
General Manager Sally McIntyre says it’ll help give them a feel of where the CA stands and where it needs to be.
With several legislative changes to CA’s over the past few years, McIntyre believes a land strategy will help establish clear objectives.
The province has asked all conservation authority’s to develop a land strategy which includes public input and complete it by the end of the year.
