The Fall Intake for the Community Improvement Plan (CIP) is now open, with a submission deadline of August 31, 2024.
The funding program offers eligible property owners, business owners, and tenants the chance to enhance accessibility, increase affordable housing options, and improve commercial buildings in Downtown.
Before applying, a pre-consultation with Planning staff is required.
