We’re into the final days of the summer of 2024.
Fall arrives this Sunday morning at 8:44, but we shouldn’t be too worried about the cold weather arriving right away according to Meteorologist Gerald Cheng from Environment Canada.
He expects higher than normal temperatures to stick around for a couple months.
However, Cheng says we should always be ready for the cooler weather.
Cheng says this summer we’ve been seeing temperatures very close to normal but rainfall amounts in June and July were well above what we normally see.
They dropped closer to a more normal range in August.
