In the CCHL, the Bears host the Canadians Friday night. Carleton Place is then home to Haweskburry Sunday afternoon while the Bears visit Pembroke Sunday night.
In the EOJHL, The Perth Blue Wings begin their regular season Thursday on the road against the Ottawa West Golden Knights. They then host Renfrew Friday at 7:30.
Carleton Place and Smiths Falls also kick things off Thursday. The Jr Canadians are in Casselman while the Jr. Bears host the Panthers.
Carleton Place then hosts Winchester Saturday night and Glengarry Tuesday.
Athens meanwhile visit the Brigade Saturday night and host Ottawa West Sunday afternoon.
NCJHL play has Almonte in Westport Friday before the Inferno visit Morrisburg and the Rideaus take on host Gatineau Saturday night.
