Cyber Month, held every October, is an international campaign to raise awareness about the importance of cyber security. Get Cyber Safe, the Canadian lead for Cyber Month, has announced this year’s theme: Generation Cyber Safe: Because online security knows no age.
The campaign aims to highlight that online safety is for everyone — whether you’re a digital native or a newcomer to the online world. Each generation has unique strengths when it comes to staying safe online, and this Cyber Month is all about celebrating those strengths.
Canadians who want to participate but prefer not to use Get Cyber Safe’s 2024 theme can choose from a variety of generic resources, making it easier than ever to get involved.
