A Smiths Falls man’s been charged with theft under $5,000 after allegedly stealing a mobility scooter.
Police say it took place on the morning of September 29th, when they were called to an apartment building to look into the theft.
CCTV footage helped police identify the suspect, who is 29-year-old Kyle Green.
