The Upper Canada District School Board’s EQAO scores are improving.
After committing extra in-class time and resources to help students understand the test, the results are speaking for themselves.
And it’s thanks to the teachers, says Executive Superintendent Eric Hardie.
While still below the provincial average across the board, the UCDSB saw significantly higher average scores in reading, writing and math across Grade 3, 6, and 9.
Hardie says they’re closing the gap.
