In what should be an interesting year, Perth Town Council has announced its 2025 Budget Schedule, outlining key meetings for the public to follow the budget approval process.
A Special Committee of the Whole meeting will take place on November 19, 2024, at 11 a.m. to review the draft budget. If needed, an updated version will be presented at the Committee of the Whole meeting on December 3, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
The final budget approval is scheduled for the Council meeting on December 10, 2024, at 5:30 p.m.
All meetings will be held at Council Chambers, Town Hall, 80 Gore Street East, and live-streamed on the Town’s Facebook page for public access.
Residents are encouraged to stay informed and review the Public Notice on the 2025 Budget Schedule at Perth.ca/Budget. The Town hopes for strong community engagement throughout the process.
