Social Services clients are to contact their Caseworker to arrange for mail or payment pick-up at a Social Service office in Perth, Carleton Place or Smiths Falls. Proper photo ID is required for all pick-ups. Direct bank deposit is the preferred delivery method and can be set-up for all payments. Alternative delivery methods are available under certain circumstances.
