The Salvation Army is hoping that people who regularly contributed to their regular mailout program during the holidays will visit a kettle during the postal strike.
Major Chad Ingram says it’s a great way to help them out.
Making the donation is about as simple as it comes too.
Donations from the annual mailout campaign and the kettle go to the local Christmas Hamper effort. Those hampers include gifts and complete holida meals for families in need in Lanark County.
