Continuing development growth has led to the need to complete major rebuilds for both the water and waste-water treatment plant and grant money has played a big role in making those projects feasible.

A new multi-sport pad was built and opened this year at the Carleton Junction Park which holds the promise of accessibility to residents of all ages.
Toby pledges to continue to keep communication lines between Townhall and residents open and easy to access because he believes municipal information belongs to everyone.
