A jury has found Michael Clairoux and Lee Marazzo guilty of first-degree murder in the killing of Hells Angels recruit Greg Slewidge at a Beckwith Township marijuana grow-op on Sept. 24, 2020.
The jury deliberated for one day before delivering the verdict, leaving Slewidge’s family emotional. They shared victim impact statements describing their heartbreak and ongoing fear.
Clairoux and Marazzo, who pleaded not guilty, were charged in January 2022. Prosecutors argued the men were hired by a rival motorcycle club after a dispute, using surveillance footage as key evidence. The defense claimed the footage was unreliable.
The trial was marked by tight security and tensions among supporters of both sides.
Both men face life in prison with no chance of parole for 25 years and plan to appeal.
