Starts today: Beat the Winter Blues with the Perth Family Health Team and Perth & District Union Library! This free six-week program lifts spirits and sparks creativity. Starts today (January 17th) and runs Fridays 1–3 p.m. Pre-register: info@perthfht.ca or sign up at the library!
Every day! OPEN! There are a pair of outdoor rinks available for skating in Perth. There’s one at the Fire Hall, at 1881 Rogers Road, and another at Stewart Park. Please use them responsibility.
The Beckwith Skating Trail is now open for the season. It’s a 1 km loop at Beckwith Park, found at 1319 9th Line in Beckwith. There are benches to put on your skates to make getting ready easy. Skating is conducive to outdoor conditions which vary, so you’re asked to please Skate to Trail Conditions.
The Gerry Lowe Memorial Rink of Dreams in Smiths Falls. It’s open from 8:00am – 8:00pm daily. You’re asked to please keep off this rink during inclement weather, during ice maintenance and during non-scheduled times. The rink was created in partnership with the Gerry Lowe Foundation and the Sen’s Foundation.
