A 33-year-old Carleton Place man has been charged with assault causing bodily harm following an Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigation.
Lanark County OPP responded to an incident on Moffatt Street on February 14, 2025, and arrested the suspect.
The accused was released from custody and is scheduled to appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Perth on March 3, 2025.
Police are not releasing the man’s name to protect the victim’s identity.
