The Town of Perth and Caivan Construction have agreed to continue Tribunal-led mediation through April.
The town issued a statement Tuesday afternoon to provide an update on the proposed 1,000 home subdivision at the Perth Golf Course.
No new hearing date’s been set at this time.
“The Town of Perth is committed to finding a balanced resolution that reflects the community’s interests and ensures thoughtful, responsible development,” the statement read.
