Lanark County OPP have arrested a 28-year-old after a driver was seen slumped over on Highway 7.
It occurred Sunday, April 27th at Gambles Side Road in Tay Valley Township.
The driver was arrested and a search of the vehicle uncovered large amounts of cash, drugs, and weapons.
William Campbell of Montague faces impaired and drug trafficking related charges.
