A Smiths Falls man is facing charges after a sexual assault investigation.
Smiths Falls Police Services arrested a 35-year-old on April 11th who is facing five charges including two counts each of sexual interference and sexual assault on a person under 16 years of age. They’re also charged with invitation to sexual touching on a person under 16 years of age.
The accused was held in custody for a bail court hearing.
