Today: The Lanark Basic Income Network presents Living Below the Line May 8 at 7 p.m. at Station Theatre, Smiths Falls. The filmed play shares real stories of low-income residents. Free admission, donations welcome.
Tomorrow: The Smiths Falls Kinsmen Club hosts Wing Night May 9 from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Kinsmen Pavilion, Lower Reach Park. Enjoy wings, fries and entertainment for $15 per person.
Tomorrow: The Town of Smiths Falls hosts a free BBQ May 9 from noon to 2 p.m. at the Water Treatment Plant, 43 Abbott St. Hot dogs and drinks will be served. All are welcome.
Tomorrow: Catch the film Companion at Smiths Falls Community Theatre, 53 Victoria Ave., on May 9 at 7 p.m. and May 10 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $12 at the door. Presented as part of May Movie Weekend.
