The Pride Parade and Community Fair is set for Saturday in Perth, and Elizabeth Snyder with Queer Connection Lanark says it’s going to be another celebration of acceptance.
Things get underway at 3:30pm as the parade makes its way through town from the Stewart School down to Last Duel Park, where Snyder says the celebration continues.
The parade is just one of many events being held to mark Pride Month. Already flags have been raised at offices and other facilities across the county.
