Two long-time community leaders were honoured with the King Charles III Coronation Medal at a special event held Friday night at ConnectWell in Carleton Place.
Local MPP John Jordan presented the medals to Carol Anne McNeil and Donna Davidson for their decades of service in Lanark County.
McNeil was recognized for over 40 years of supporting families through care programs across Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville. She also helped advance family relief services in the region.
Davidson was honoured for her leadership in developing programs through Lanark Community Programs, which is now part of ConnectWell Community Health.
Jordan praised both women for their dedication and lasting impact on the health and wellness of local families.
The medals celebrate outstanding service and were awarded as part of the Coronation of King Charles III.
