Hydro One is asking customers affected by outages for understanding as they work to restore dozens of outages due to last night’s thunderstorms, and resulting winds.
Hydro One crews are working extremely hard to assess and begin to repair the outages. They are working on the largest outages first, affecting the most homes.
If you come across downed power lines, or a tree limb on the lines call 9-1-1 right away and alert authorities.
Customers can report outages by texting 92887 (WATTS) or calling 1-800-434-1235.
Customers can track outages through the free Hydro One app or on the Storm Centre map online. You can also sign up for text or email alerts here.
