Lanark Highlands is conducting a more in-depth strategic plan process than staff originally recommended.
They’ll be spending $22,400 to facilitate multiple workshops and public sessions with a consultant, an opportunity Councillor Steven Roberts said residents need.

Staff recommended what they called a “bare minimum approach,” for the crafting of the strategic plan for about $5,900 given that council is more than halfway through its term, noting more in-depth plans are usually put together at the beginning.
