Perth is offering several ways for residents to get some relief from our current hot weather.
The Perth and District Union Library welcomes those seeking relief from the heat with cool spaces and plenty of things to do.
They’re open at 10 am and close at 5 pm on Mondays, 7 pm Tuesdays through Thursdays, 5 pm on Fridays and 4 pm on Saturdays.
The library is closed on Sundays.
The splash pad at Conlon Farm is open 9 am to 9 pm all week and offers change rooms and washrooms.
And of course there’s always Stewart Park’s outdoor pool and splash pad but swimming in the Tay isn’t permitted at the Park due to unpredictable current and rocky areas.
