Today, we look at Golden Maples Farm, and Michael Wheeler.
The Wheeler family is synonymous with Maple Syrup in Lanark County. Michael Wheeler is a third generation farmer at Golden Maples Farm near Snow Road Station. His Grandparents started the operation 70 years ago when they moved to the area from Renfrew. Michael’s parents Doug and Wenda were next up, and now with the help of his brother Matt, the family keeps the operation going.
