Smiths Falls Old Home Week kicks off tomorrow morning, a celebration 25 years in the making.
Mayor Shawn Pankow is among those who can’t wait.
Pankow says the organizing committee deserves a pat on the back with the sheer volume of events planned across the entire week.
The Mayor added that Council didn’t hesitate when it came to backing the celebration.
Old Home Week officially kicks off tomorrow morning. Among the events on tap, the opening Parade from the Youth Arena to Lower Reach Park at 1:30, and the official opening ceremonies at the Park.
We’ll have updates throughout the week from many of the events on 88.1 myFM and new sister station, 92.3 WOW FM in Smiths Falls, which officially launched this morning.
