Project Manager Lindsay Blair grew up in town and said this project hits close to home for her.
So much so that for a while, they stopped billing Linden.
Blair said that amounted to about $150,000.
Blair says the housing crisis really hit her hard during the COVID-19 pandemic when she came to visit.
