The Perth and District Community Foundation (PDCF) is launching their first ever Monthly Giving Campaign in October. The Foundation was founded in 2001 and has been working tirelessly ever since to support a wide variety of community organizations in Perth, Tay Valley, Drummond/North Elmsley and Lanark Highlands. Executive Director Victoria Gibb Carsley tells us what the Foundation is all about.

PDCF is hosting two special events during October. On the 11th, they’ll be at the Perth Farmers Market with information on their community support efforts as well as giving away pumpkin pies to the first 10 donors who sign up for a monthly giving plan. On the 25th they’ll be holding a trivia night at the Perth Civitan Hall. Victoria tells us why supporting local causes through the PDCF is so important.
