He had 8 goals and 17 assists in 9 games in the month of December.
The Miller insurance Rookie of the Month is Coleson Fischer of the Wingham Ironmen.
The defenseman has been playing a big role with the team filling in for a pair of defencemen who are out with injuries.
Fischer has 3 assists in 30 games this season.
