The poppy campaign is back for another year as it remains the largest fundraiser for legions everywhere.
Stacey Niceliu is the assistant chairman on the Perth Legion’s poppy committee.
He says they start planning for the year’s campaign in the summer.
With aging veterans, Niceliu says volunteers continue to thin, and they’re always looking for more.
