The Ontario Provincial Police say two people are in custody after a major police operation on Kitley Line 3 near Toledo, led to charges that include attempt to commit murder.
Leeds County OPP says officers executed a warrant on Thursday, November 20, 2025, as part of an investigation into firearms offences.
The Crime Unit led the operation, with support from the Tactics and Rescue Unit, the Emergency Response Team, the Canine Unit, Community Street Crime Units from Lanark, Leeds and Grenville, the Forensic Identification Unit, and members of the Leeds and Lanark County OPP detachments.
Police say two individuals were arrested at the property and have been remanded into custody.
Due to the active nature of the investigation, no further details are being released.
The OPP stresses there is no risk to public safety.
