The Town of Smiths Falls is calling on local businesses to help make this winter’s skating season more accessible and more fun for everyone.
The town is inviting businesses to sponsor public skates at the Memorial Community Centre Complex. Officials say sponsorships help bring residents together for active recreation, while also giving businesses a chance to show their community spirit.
The program offers strong visibility for sponsors, including promotion on the town’s website and social media channels. On-site signage will also recognize each sponsor’s contribution during their sponsored skate.
The town says the support helps keep recreational programming accessible to families, especially during the busy winter months when indoor activities matter most.
